It is located at the end of the Higashi-zawa Forest Road (unpaved bad road) that extends north from the former O-odaira Village, which preserves and utilizes the villages that have left the group.
As the name suggests, it is a facility for rest, so one is prohibited from having high expectations when using the hotel.
A round trip from here is relatively easy to walk to Mt. Anpeiji-yama, one of the 200 famous mountains. In that case, it is good to make smart use of the refuge hut just below the mountaintop or here.
