Introduction to Mountain Huts
Business period : April 26th – November 3rd, 2025
Accommodation reservation required
A hut that can be said to be the flagship of the Tokai Forest, which manages many of the mountain huts in the southern part of the Southern Alps. There is a shuttle bus connecting with the Hatanagi 1st dam.
Although the business period is much longer than other huts in this area, reservations are required for accomodations by July 12th.
The shuttle bus cannot be used by tented overnighters. Regardless of lodge or tent, guests can take a bath in the lodge’s bath, so it is good to return after sweating down the mountain.
