It is Nakayu Onsen Ryokan located at the entrance to Kamikochi. It is a source spring built in the high elevation of 1,500 m.
The hot water that overflows from the source is, of course, well supported by many climbers as well.
The natural view from the large window of the lobby is breathtaking. I feel like I understand why there are many repeaters as well as 100% natural hot springs.
