Founded in 1924 (Taisho 13), it is known as the starting point of the Northern Alps Ura (Rear) Ginza Course.
It is on a ridgeline up on buna-ritsu ridge, which is one of the three major climbs in the Northern Alps, and taxis can be used along the way to the Takase Dam.
The tents are on a first-come, first-served basis, and the seasons are usually crowded a lot. As reservations cannot be made, please arrive as soon as possible.
